Will be used to host delegations from Serbia, Russia, Ukraine and Georgia

WASHINGTON (PRWEB) February 11, 2013
Graduate School USA is proud to announce that it has been awarded two new grants from the Open World Leadership Center to host delegations from Serbia, Russia, Ukraine, and Georgia throughout 2013. The congressionally funded Open World Program brings decision-makers from selected countries to the United States to meet with their American counterparts in legislative, education, health, environmental management, and other areas. Visiting participants live with American families and go through a ten-day intensive professional program to learn firsthand about life and democracy in the United States.
“The Open World Program establishes long lasting professional and personal relationships between up-and-coming leaders of visiting countries and individuals and institutions located throughout the United States,” says David Simpson, Director of the International Institute at Graduate School USA. “Graduate School USA is proud to continue its support of the Open World program. Dilnoza Abduganieva, the Program Manager, has done an excellent job cultivating positive working relationships with Open World, visiting delegations, host partners, and other project stakeholders.”
Graduate School USA's International Institute is dedicated to promoting international cooperation and understanding through the exchange of knowledge. The Institute provides tailored global programs in the areas of capacity building, exchanges, governance, and health.
